A VITA Medi Spa will endeavour to despatch all gift voucher and product orders on the same day if the order is placed before 1pm. This only applies on normal business days, i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Gift Voucher Delivery Information
Delivery times are totally reliant on Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.
All gift vouchers can be posted through most letterboxes.
Items sent via Recorded Delivery must be signed for by the recipient. Once signed for, if receipt is disputed Royal Mail can provide date/time and copy of signature. Items cannot be traced until delivered.
For non-collected vouchers via Royal Mail Depots, these will be returned to A VITA after a three-week period.
Vouchers can only be posted to recipients within the UK and Northern Ireland; customers would need to call the reservation department, to override this facility.
For non-delivery of goods please contact our Team on 01642 782221. Whilst every effort is upheld to ensure all order alterations are carried through, A VITA can not guarantee alterations are received before the order is processed and dispatched.

Gift Voucher Packaging
All gift vouchers are presented in a printed A5 folder and include A VITA brochure. All gift vouchers are posted using a plain white envelope.

Spa Product Delivery Information
All product orders are despatched via Royal Mail Postage at £3.95.
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver a card will be left advising of attempted delivery, a further delivery can be arranged or collection via the nearest depot.
All purchasers have the option to choose Special Delivery for all orders allowing a guaranteed next day delivery (working days only). All goods need to be signed for; therefore customers may need to change the address to a work address.
For non-collected orders via Royal Mail Depots, these will be returned to A VITA after a three-week period.
International product orders need to be ordered on A VITA's website.
Delivery charges for large bulk orders need to be calculated differently. Customer Services will contact you to discuss.
