To recieve your discounts please ask at reception for a Refer a Friend card. You and your friend will need to fill out the card , the card is to be presented at the time of your friends treatment. Your friend will receive £20.00 off their treatment for any of the above treatments. £20.00 will then be credited to your account and can be used for any treatment. (Please note that purchasing products is not included).
Terms & Conditions.
To qualify as a new patient, your friend cannot have receieved either Botox, Dermal Filler or Laser Hair Removal treatments performed at A Vita Medi-Spa.
Your friend must receive their treatment prior to , or at the same time as yourself in order for the discount to be applicable.
